Queued = your LW is too busy to deal with them. That means you're over-working LW.

Be aware of these things:

1. Recognising fake files

2. Depending on what you're downlding, get into the habit of using Bitzi; How to use Bitzi Web Lookup to see if there's any user feedback. If there's none, then it may be a fake file or else, not reported yet.
