 Yes, TalkTalk is one of the UK ISP's that shape bandwidth against p2p programs. The answer is to use it at certain times of the day. You will find TalkTalk listed here: ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire & check out the link for it because it discusses the period of time of day it's best to use it.  |
