 Click on ANY .jpg, .bmp, gif or .tiff file in Windows Explorer, select OPEN WITH>CHOOSE PROGRAM and choose Windows Picture and Fax Viewer or any other picture viewer program you have (maybe ACDSee). Check "Always use the selected program to open this file type. Hopefully that will solve the problem......
