I have cable...so does that mean i cant d/l any thing that it says its speed is T3 or higher , and wat about T1???...Plz help

It doesn't matter if you have cable...you're still able to download from people with other connections. Modem connections will download slowest, then cable/dsl, then T1 & the fastest connection is T3.
