 Windows XP has a firewall... Start...control panel...windows firewall Make sure LW is listed as an exception (or just turn it off to see if it's the problem...turn it back on, though!) Good Luck   |

Regards. PS No anti-virus and you didn't check that you had a firewall: you're naked! |

| PS If you are connected to the internet via a wireless link it is the router plugged into the phone line, rather than the adapter in the back of your machine that Wonder Why is interested in. Regards. |
