How do I know what music is legal and illegal to down load?

If you go to Tools > options > searching > License warning and tick the box that says show license warning you wont be able to download anything that has a license attached to it....

So, if I get the message that "no license was found do you still want to download"...then it is ok to download??

It would mean that it has a copyright attached to it, it's up to you whether you want to download a copyrighted file or not...
