Problem Opening downloaded files

Tere doesn't seem to be a problem downloading files however when I got to open them (zip/rar) I get a dialogue box that says :Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You might not have appropriate permissions to access the file". What does this mean, happened with 2 downloaded files. I'm the only user on this computer I set the permissions, I am the administrator, HELP!! Would like to be able to open the files I've downloded

First right click on both the zip and rar files and do a virus scan, then open the zip file and locate the contents. What files are they?? Programmes ??

If you havent managed to open them, Think yourself lucky they most probabley have virus in them, Sweep your computer with Anti/Virus program
Dont D/L .exe,zip or rar files they are 99.9% viruses.
Its a mine field out there PLEASE read the stickies in RED at the top of every
forum.
