Hi i did the speed from the link you gave me and my speeds are
DOWNLOAD 8803 kbps
UPLOAD 365 kbps

when i go to the magnet mix site the download just get qued why ?

also noob question where can i copy and past my system details from??

Now that you know your speed, go through the thread about configuring LW & use the advice there to set things up You might need to play around with settings over a couple of days, until you find what gives you the best result.
