all uploads are "transfer interrupted"
anyone who tries to download from me, cannot.
on my end, under the monitor tab, anyone who tries goes straight to "transfer interrupted." can anyone diagnose my problem ?? i have updated the tcpip.sys from the sticky at the top of this subforum. in lw > tools > options > uploads > slots the value for uploads per person = 100 and the value for max upload slots = 100. my isp is comcast, southeast. i read on one thread that some people with comcast can upload, others cannot. i did not locate a fix if the problem is my isp. i am runnin windows wx + sp2.

Could be your ISP & in that case there's not a lot we can do to help. Have a look at the links here...there's a bit more info & you might find something useful
