well i've been in touch with tiscali and they say i'm downloadin too many bulk files!!!! that was on the phone yesterday. today iv had an email from their tech support and it is instructions on how to manually reconfigure my ip addy.
whether this works or not is still to be seen. i'll post the results later on. hopefully!( if i dont screw my pc up)

bandwidth they just dont have, Then tell you what programs, you can and cant use, They will collaps soon, Cos everyone is leaving them, Just type

i did what they said then tried to download a song and got it
at 40 odd kb/s from 5 hosts i'll still wait n see how it works l8r on. mibbe a video file. if it works i'll post the instructions on the forum but i think i'll b goin wi some1 else in the near future

alright mick they gave me a set of instructions to refresh my ip address.
it seems to hav worked so far but its no peak time just now if u want details i'll send em

6pm to 11pm thats when they used to cut me, untill you can change,
Do your big D/Ls through the night after 11 they should be ok you dont have
to watch how slow they are then LOL.
