when i type in my e-mail address for support it does not recognise it...im a pro user and trying to re-download the limewire software onto my laptop....any ideas please.

Hi Mark
If the email address matches the one from your Pro confirmation email, the two most common reasons that the Pro support doesn't recognize an email are that the six months of support has expired, or that a user was scammed into buying the free version from another site and only *thought* they had Pro. Check the thread about the scammers (some got their money back) http://www.gnutellaforums.com/general-windows-support/40161-membership-warning-beware-download-p2p-clients-only-thru-official-sites.html and see if that helps your situation.
