I am having a few problems:

1. LimeWire does not seem to have the movie titles I am looking for (most of which are from 1998 to present.
2. If it finds a title ie. ********it takes me to Amazon
3. Most titles that come up during my search are porn
4. Windows media player is incompatible with most movies (mpg..)

Not happy with this product
Not happy with the getting help from customer support
Too bad you can't get a refund, but I guess that is what they are counting on. People will get upset and frustrated and will uninstall the product.

Your problem is that you are misunderstanding what p2p is...
Limewire does not provide any files for you to download, it does not have a cental server....Limewire just connects you to millions of other computers just like yours all over the world and you share files with each other...

By the sounds of it you also purchased your Limewire from a scam site, as Limewire basic is free and Pro only costs $18.88US...

You need to educate yourself with what files are bogus and are viruses....
This forum is full of stickies that have useful information in them...
Check out the limewire sub forums before you start downloading...
And also make sure you have a good Anti-Virus app and Spyware app as well...
The Network is full of Nasty files that are just waiting to take your computer down...
