 The blue stars mean the files are on your LAN (Local Area Network). Those files aren't being downloaded from the internet, they are on another computer that is connected to yours through a router(your wifes computer). Files with yellow stars are available over the internet(all the other computers out there running limewire). See Sleepless's explaination in this thread: Blue Stars
