Lately my limewire has been giving me this one error in the status it says "Connecting (# hosts tried)" the no. of hosts tried keep increasing and then it finally ends up saying "Need more sources"....and its not to one file to all the files i try downloading it does the same thing even if there are more than 70-80 users for each file...some one plz help me...i tired deleting the preferences folder like i read on this forum but tht didnt work for this error...so PLZ HELP

i even tried the bitzi search but i dont get reports for any file...not a single file on which i get a report

If your trying for mainstream movies, if they're legit files, they'll be rated on Bitzi. If not then they're probably fake. I don't think most music files get rated.

Something to try is right click the files and see if the option to "Browse Host" is available. If it is, try d/loading that file. I've had some success doing that.

Another thing is you might be connected to a bad ultrapeer. Try shutting LW down completely and restart it. You should connect to different UP's and get different files.
