Yes. Go to the library page and look under the uploads column. The first number is completed uploads and the second one is attempts.
You can also go to Tools>Options>Uploads>Basic, and untick the box "Automatically Clear Completed Uploads", then you can see a list of all the files people have uploaded from you on the monitor page. You can clear them manually or they'll be cleared when you shut down LW. Don't be surprised to see a lot of files that say "Transfer Interupted", thats normal.
