I am in Japan and somehow I can't get any America TV shows
Is it any releationship with language?

I am not exactly sure about this but are you using the English language translation of Limewire? That would probably work better than the Japanese version for searching roman characters. Let me know if this helps please

Content depends on the UltraPeers you connect to. Try using BitTorrent instead.

Use the Beta Limewire, it supports BitTorrent or use another client.
