stationed in korea (dunno if that affects connection)
windows firewall with limewire checked under exceptions

connecting from the barracks (sort of like apartments except worse

test worked
isnt my first try at limewire but im not real experienced, been using for about 4 months
no brick wall

whew with that said... I would like to know if i can do anything else to help increase download speeds, right now i try downloading video and get about 40 to 50 kps max, which i can deal with but i would like to make sure there is nothing that i can do to get it to DL faster.
