Try out some of the techniques here How to find music.
And try to download those with as many Quality stars as possible. The more hosts the better. But of course, if you see hundreds or thousands of sources then chances are it is fake.
Something else you can do is see what client is hosting the file. ShareAza (RAZA) users host many videos. But unfortunately they use multiple networks at one time & some of which demand their upload bandwith & slots. Which leaves very little for Gnutella. You can right-click the top bar where the heading is on the Search results window, & can also do with the download window & choose to show Vendor. This will show what program is hosting the file.
