I can download all day, but whenever someone is uploading from me all I see is 0% and Tranfer Interupted next to the file name in the Monitor screen. Any ideas?

It could mean that your firewall isn't configured properly or your isp is blocking uploads. You'll get that alot anyways for various reasons and it can be misleading. A better check is to look in your library under the uploads column(looks like this - 0 / 0). The first number is for completed uploads the second is attempts.
