Any help is greatly appreciated. Have been downloading onto my mp3 with no problems until the other day, now when selected downloads are at 100 per cent, I click and drag it down to muvo, when it goes to load a message pops up that says an unknown error has occured and operation was unsuccessful. Thanks

Greg Hi.
Did you scan the files for problems, before transfer ? Where are you dragging the files from, inside L/W ? or your windows shared folder ? Are you sure all files your trying to transfer are mp3 format ? Peace.
