please help me! the files i downloaded several weeks or even months ago are gone all of a sudden. i did not delete them! help!

Where have you looked for them ? What file type are they ?

i have looked for them in the library and in the limewire folder. i think they were mp3 files.

Put one of the file names in your computer search,
Go Start/search, then if found, right click on it and open containing folder. or type .mp3 in search. Deleting files from within Limewire, will remove them completely from your computer. Peace.
