 Hi Calicat, The only advice I can give you here is to get rid of WMP. I hate it. It seems to constantly have problems. I refuse to use it because there are some very good media players out there so why put up with the BullSh*t from MS. You could try the media player in the above post; VLC.  Hope this helps
