alright guys, I need some serious help.
I've been using limewire for about a year now, with a very long (6 mo.) vacation from the net over the summer. When I first started using limewire (Mac OS 9) I was on a T1 line and limewire would tell me that I had about 10 TB available to search. Now I run on a cable modem (with Mac OS X) and can only muster 4-9 GB on average. My cable modem is fast enough that I should still be able to get 60 or 70 gigabytes of files. I've changed the number of connections to 6, but on the connection window it only shows one host. Shouldn't I be seeing more hosts? If I'm just being an idiot please let me know. If anyone else has the same trouble let me know. And most of all, if anyone knows a solution, let me know. my e-mail address is ****** (please help me!!!). Thanks to everyone who e-mails me!!! I owe you guys. ~ tha Ronin Last edited by birdy; March 7th, 2009 at 01:10 AM. |
