![]() hi, i just switched to limewire not even an hour ago from another similar type of software, because limewire provides a lot more different search results than the one i used to have. but there is a problem that im having here. i am downloading about 10 100~200MB big files, everything starts out perfect, however a few seconds passes, the total speed goes down to around 100~300kb/s which leads the average downloading speed down to only 10~30kb/s. with the old software that i used, i always had 1.5~2mb/s total downloading speed when im downloading several files at the same time, so obviously my connection or computer capability is not the problem. i tried to set my connection to cable/dsl, t1, t3 and even modem, none of them helped with the slow speed. just wondering what the problem is, and if you could help me i'd appreciate it. p.s. i am using limewire pro on windows xp. |
