 Hi Doug54. Look on the bottom or side of your modem/router for the make & model numbers We need them to help.please also try using limewire out of peak times, to see if it works better then & post results. P.S Is this a typing error "broadband 1 gb/ sec connection" Do you mean 1meg ? Peace.
