Hi Guys
I am a newbie today and have primarily joined because my downlods have stopped downloading.

Let me start with all my system details
OS:Windows XP Service Pack 2
Firewalls:Windows Firewall. Am also using AVAST antivirus
RAM:1GB
HDD Space available:119GB
Connection Type:Broadband
Router:Netgear DG834GT
Trying to Connect From:House
Limewire Version:4.12.15
Java:1.6.1_01
ISP:TalkTalk
Test:Test Worked
Sharing:Yes. One Other Computer
User Details:Been Using LW About a Year. This is a New Problem
Brick Wall:No.Bars Are At Full Strength (5)
Port Forwarding or UPnP:UPnP
Security:AVAST

The problem I'm having is that I have searched done a search and multiple hosts have been found but when I try to download it puts it into the bottom half for downloadb but nothing happens. It says 0kb/s for a while and then says 'Need More Hosts'.

Sorry, but Talk Talk customers have a lot of problems. Have a look at these threads below. If you use the forum search to look for Talk Talk, you'll probably find more threads

Is that it then, TalkTalk

ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire

1-3k downloads

ISPs that throttle p2p - The Scream!

You could try changing ports but there's no guarantee that it's going to help you. In LW tools > options > advanced > firewall config. Change LW's listening port to 64049 (or something in the range of 49152 - 65535) > Apply > ok.

Try downloading during the hours this person suggests.
