Uploads - Transfer Interrupted

I have no problem at all downloading files using LimewirePro.
However, I have been trying to share my files with others for the last 4 years.
Whenever I click on MONITOR every attempted upload shows TRANSFER INTERRUPTED. Originally (over 4 years ago) people were able to upload my music with no problem. I have emailed several times for a solution. I get alot of suggestions that don't fix the problem, or I'm told that it's normal.
I know you like lots of information before you can help, so here goes

Any solutions that actually solve the problem would be appreciated.

p.s. I downloaded ARES to see if I had the same problem with uploads
to other people, and they are uploading my files like crazy, no problem.

I was having problems with all of my uploads to other users showing "transfer interrupted" when I clicked on the monitor tab.
I am happy to report that I solved the problem all by myself.

i've been using sbc-yahoo dsl and have NEVER had the transfer interrupted message on uploads. i just switched to comcast yesterday and now NONE of my uploads are going through and they all say "transfer interrupted". not to mention numerous modem crashes requiring a modem re-boot. think i will just go back to DSL
