When I used Limewire BASIC that didn't cost anything...I had no problem downloading the larger video files... I would ALWAYS get a connection to the files I wanted....It usually took a little longer to get them...but now that I have PURCHASED....Limewire Pro...most of the files I try to download simply tell me that it needs more sources...EVEN THOUGH the # of multiple places for download is in the 100's or 200's!!!! This is really starting to tick me off because I purchased PRO because it claims you get better connections....faster speeds...AND more search results...but they don't tell you that MOST OF THE TIME...YOU CAN'T EVEN GET A CONNECTION TO A FILE THAT HAS 100'S OF MULTIPLE LOCATIONS!!! I've even tried going to the ones with less locations....30 to 25 even 11 and still no downloading starts....OCCASSIONALLY I will try to download a file from a source that shows "no" multiple locations and can get the file downloaded BUT...it takes FOREVER TO DOWNLOAD...AND THAT'S IF the person you're downloading FROM doesn't get off the network!!! I feel jipped on my money. I even emailed support and have gotten NO REPSPONSE FROM THEM....and that was TWO WEEKS AGO!! Is there anyone here who knows if there's anything you can do to up your chances of actually downloading a file on PRO??? I've read all the FAQ'S done what they suggest and still no luck...people can download off of me...but I can't download from anyone AFTER paying money??????? I've looked to see if it's my settings...and NOTHING....it's like the minute I gave them money...they BLOCKED me from getting any links to the files I want!!
