I have blue bars can someone tell me what this means. I have tried to download movies several times with no success, but have been downloading music. I am using pro with vista. Thanks

Hi Deirdre, The Blue connection bars signifiy Pro. If the bars were Green, that would signify Basic.

OK I have realised that only some movies will download while another will not, is this normal?

Yes that is normal because there are a ton of Fake files on the network. ALWAYS use Bitzi for video files. See below link.
