My question is, is there a way to change what servers I'm actually searching on? Or, is there just one, all encompassing search feature?
My question to you is, what servers are you talking about? Because most P2P users know that you are downloading from other P2P users and enthusiasts like yourself, not from dedicated servers (unless put their by an enthusiast).

So by now you will have worked out the answer, and that is the search feature searches the PCs on the gnutella network.

Well, bob, as a matter of fact, servers/PC, there all pretty much the same, PC's just being tiny servers housing files ready to be accessed by an outside source. So whatever.

Also, bob, I'd venture to guess that most p2p users don't know anything else about the process than install limewire, emule, edonkey, kazaa, napster, etc. etc. etc. and get stuff. Period.

So by now, bob, I haven't figured out anything concerning my question and your post provided absolutely no assistance. Thank you.

Again, the question: How can emule result in lots of returns for movie "x" and limewire returns nothing, nada, silch for the same movie "x", especially when it is an extremely popular show?

This isn't a one time search request either. I've been testing this for over 3 months on both programs.
