If you go to LW's option settings, for windows that's Tools -> Options -> Updates, you can set whether to be notified of updates. When you know there's an update, you can check your personal pro download page. Else, disable update notification & check periodically yourself. But I reiterate, please everybody Bookmark your personal pro download page AND keep a backup of your previous Pro installer.
