Dowload complete but it's Clinton impersonator pitching something

Sometimes after downloading a song, it ends up being a Bill Clinton impersonator hawking some website or something. Is there a way to avoid this especially since I have "dinosaur dial up", not high speed. I am new to this so be gentle and speak in simple terms. Thanks
