Can any one help me please?
I am connected via Virgin 10MB+ broadband, I am using a Pentium D4 with 1.25gig memory. My problem is I am being limited to 4 downloads and 5 uploads with severely reduced speeds (commonly 1-10kbs), often saying Downloading from 20+hosts with a speed of 0kbs!!!

Your ISP shapes p2p bandwidth, so I'd say that's why the slow speeds..
Try connecting at different times of the day... ![]() Traffic management Whilst the site is proudly displaying Unlimited there certainly are limits in place *Size M allowance is 350MB *Size L - 750MB, *XL 3GB during peak time and your speeds will be throttled to 128, 192, 256 kbps respectively
