I just downloaded the version 4.14.10 (update) for limewire basic, and now when I type in something to search, it doesnt bring up any results. I never had a problem with the previous update, and I wish I could have it back now. Does anyone know how to fix this problem????????

try going view/showhide put a check next to connections if there's connections remove them if the same ones come up wright down there ip address then block them then search for something you could be connecting to rogue sites.

how do i block IP addresses?

go to tools/filters/hosts then add there ip to the top one.
