this happens like clockwork for about 15% of the download ill pull 100-180kbs then after it drops to like 20-60 whats the deal with that, i have a cable connection so i know the speeds should be fatser any help would be apprciated

I have had some luck when right clicking on file and then search more then click "get more results". Hope this helps.
