My incomplete download
My incomplete file does not appear in the list of downloads when i restart my laptop. I tried going to the Library, click "Incomplete Files" but how do i resume all my incomplete downloads?
  can someone help me urgently.  Thanks

Are the Incomplete files showing in the Incomplete Folder?? If they are, Left click on the file and it will highlight. Now click on Resume, down towards the lower half of the screen.
If they are not in the incomplete folder, then you might have lost them. Check to see how many day you have set to save incomplete files. Go to Tools > Options > Saving. Toward the bottom of page you'll see "How many days to keep incomplete files. Put in 999 or what ever you want then click apply and OK. Hope this helps.
