Have a look here for a bit more info about 'disk problem'...defragmenting the HDD has helped some people.

I just want to add to the good advice birdy gave you.
If you have plenty of free space & you have defragmented the HDD that your Shared folder is on & it still happens, It could be your HDD is about to fail. So don't wait till it goes bang like I did, backup all your valued stuff on that physical drive to another,NOW why you can. If your HDD is 1year old or less Its probably not that, Mine worked hard,but it was only 14 months old, when it failed. Peace.
