Help Me Get Rid Of Brick Wall Plz?

hello guys, i really don't understand what i can do, to get rid of brick wall on limewire...

i have already uninstalled & re installed limewire twice...

i have also deleted the limewire preference folder & reset limewire!

i also downloaded & replaced the gnutella file, but it has not got rid of the brick wall.

i have also configured my anti virus!

my connection is on turbo charged (blue) but my download speed is much slower than before & i think it is becasue of the brick wall.

this problem started, on the same day i changed my ISP.... but they have assured me, that they are not blocking me in anyway..

is there anything else i can do? could it be my bt voyager 105 modem? as this modem was not supplied to me by my current ISP provider?

i dont get it , i got a brick wall but im downloading on a turbo charged connection.. is that good ?
