Speed/Time (download speed zero)
Normally I don't have any problems downloading things. However, the past two weeks a download will start and the speed will be in the 20's to 40's and the time duration will display. When I check back later to view the progress, it still says "Downloading from 12 hosts", but the speed is at zero and the time duration is not displayed. I tried other downloads and it is the same thing. it starts and then then stops after a while never to re-start. Anyone know what this is about? Thanks.
