everytime i try the last step of downloading, where it installs, it says there was an error downloading. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE, so i can fix it. I've tried numerous times. Thank you

Make sure your download directory exists and you have permissions to write to it. Also, if you download a file containing slashes it will fail. I'm basing this on the error that you're seeing is Could not move to library.
