I'm not sure. I found my file in a strange place.

I eventually was able to get the program working...but it took several hours and I don't remember the process.

Just keep messing around with it. Are you trying to download a program specifically?

Make sure that you're downloading something with an activation code or a serial number. Otherwise, you could be downloading a program that you'll never get to work for you, anyway.
