does increasing uploads rate effects download rate??
hi ppl..
was jst wondering if increasing the upload bandwidth in limewire,will affect the download rate... i.e. will it decrese my download rate in any way?? i use adsl router wt 256kbps speed. unlimited plan

Only if you're uploading something while downloading. If you're uploading OR downloading then it shouldn't make a difference.
