Are you moving files from LW's library? Try moving from your saved folder. Go to LW's library, highlight a file & click Explore...your saved folder will open. Now see whether you can move files to your phone from this saved folder. Or, if you need to save files to your documents first - move files to your documents from the LW saved folder.
