i cant download anythiung when i pres the green arrow nor i right click it??

plx help !

I CANT DO ANYTHING!!!! i get all stars and i click download, but then i cant hear what i download.... would somebody please help me!!!

If files don't even move into the download pane after you click to download, try the advice here.
