Since I installed 2.1.3, resume downloads does not start where left off, at least the % complete does not indicate this. It appears to start over. What's up?

Ever since version 1.8 has been release have the same non-resuming of downloads been a problem. Until this feature is reinstituted, I will not be upgrading to the newer program. It's pointless to download a file partially only to have to start all over again all the time.
Also, what would be nice is a way to double-click the file in the Incomplete folder to automatically start it looking for a download client. |

Same here. 2.1.3, never resumes. ALways restarts from zero. That is just NO GOOD!

I'm having the same problem, downloads NEVER resume! Yes, they used to in previous versions, but not now. I haven't changed anything on my computer, and with so many of us having the same problem it is the software, not our individulal set-ups that are the cause. This is only one of several problems I am encountering since upgrading.
