You don't need to use "save as". They will be saved to your HDD.
While in Limewire, click the Library tab. Now click explore in the lower left corner. This will take you to the "saved/shared" folder Outside of Limewire ie..Your HDD.

I don't use the "My Music File Folder" but I assume you could either direct the downloads to that Folder or you could Drag & Drop from your saved/shared folder. Hope this helps.
