Hello I had buy lime wire a while ago I didn't have computer until now I can't remember what email I used when I boutgh this program is there a way to recover my info ?

I've tried the technical support but of course they keep asking for your e-mail & there is no other way of accessing any information. I can even remember the password etc but that won't let me in using this new computer!
I shall watch this with interest!
