when i down load dvd movies and try to view it or burn it my windows media players tells me that it does not support the files so what do i need to do to get this working wright so i can down load movies and burn them i am running windows xp home

Hi Rharbuck, I might be a bit late here, but try downloading a program called : VLC and try using that to open your movie.
