Hi, guys. I am having trouble finding my downloaded files (like everyone else, it seems). When I try follow the directions from the posts - "don't save in network share,etc" and try to use c:\username, etc. it tells me that file can't be found. Aaarrrrrgggghhh! Very tech challenged. One other problem...now when I try to download files, window shows up that says" license for file can't be found, download anyway?" Happens on every audio file. Please help...been sitting here for hours.
