I am trying to download a torrent but it just sits on 0KB/s download speed. It has been this way for over a day now, is there anything i can do to get it to download faster, or even at all for that matter?

It doesn't sound like your connected to any seeds...
Try another torrent file and see if the same happens...If it does try using another client ie utorrent or Azureus... Limewire doesn't give enough info on torrents...
